Why your voice counts

Each year, a random group of members receives a survey asking them to share their experiences. The survey takes about 20 minutes and asks about your recent visits with doctors and how well US Family Health Plan is meeting your needs. You can complete it by phone, mail or online.

We work with SPH Analytics to send out these surveys, so if you receive a member survey, please take a few minutes to share your thoughts about your care and your experience with USFHP. Your honest feedback helps us understand what’s working well and where we can do better.
